Our principal attorney, Samuel S. Sorota is a practicing attorney with emphasis on Bankruptcy and Immigration among various other areas of law.
He obtained his education from the following institutions:
- University of South Carolina B.S. in Business Economics
- Georgetown University Foreign Institute
- Boston University Doctor of Jurisprudence
- New York University Master of Law (Taxation)
Mr. Sorota is a U.S. Air Force Veteran and formerly worked as an Assistant Regional Counsel in New York City at the Internal Revenue Service. He also served as the Vice Mayor of Golden Beach, Florida.
He is licensed to practice law in all federal courts throughout the country. He is also admitted to practice in the following courts:
- U.S. Court of Appeals 11th Circuit
- U.S. Supreme Court
- U.S. Bankruptcy Courts
